Hello out there!

I've become addicted to reading other blogs, so I thought I would give it a try! I enjoyed writing in elementary school and up until the 9th grade, but for whatever reason, it fell by the wayside.

I've started a few new things in the past couple of years and that is mainly what I will be sharing here. I started sewing a while back and I have to say I love it! It is challenging and I still have tons to learn, but that is part of the reason that I love it.

I also started "running" about 2 years ago. I use quotations because I don't know if many people would consider what I do running! Anything athletic has always been a challenge for me. But again, like sewing, that is a part of the reason for loving it. I think it is a way for me to conquer myself. I have been a complete slacker with my running in recent months. It not only affects me physically, but it also affects my metal state. So, I'm going to have to start hitting the pavement to save what's left of my sanity!

I love quotes so I will be ending each one of my posts with one or two of them. I look forward to sharing more of my exciting life in all the posts to come!
